Happy 21st birthday – 111 years ago today!

An interesting discovery was made during clearance work around a big beech tree in the gardens of Mostyn Hall. A plaque was found at the base, confirming the tree had been planted to commemorate the 21st birthday of the Hon. Edward Llewelyn Roger Lloyd Mostyn, on 16th March 1906 – 111 years ago today!
